The papers, which featured the details of multiple election candidates, were produced under stringent security conditions over a six week period.

The 67 million papers were made up into 670,000 books of 100. Each individual ballot paper was perforated and had alpha numeric double numbering in two sections.

Comprehensive packing and recording instructions were adhered to in order to fulfil the tight requirements laid down in the brief.

33,500 boxes of 20 books, produced to the client’s exact specification, were delivered by specially commissioned aeroplanes to Nigeria ahead of schedule.
